We have taken the clear steps to improve our Business Services Agreement to include more services to your benefit with all the service offerings we offer. More to the progressive actions we are undertaking to continue to Innovate and Add Loads more Value to your Services. We will Announce in the new year many of the NEW* Products and Services that we will provide and offer to all of our clients.
However, in order to progress with further Innovation we need to improve how we protect our Intellectual Property and the manner with how you may and may Not use our services.
Therefore, we have developed a new International Software License Agreement that will assist with ensuring that everyone is protected with their data and how it used within MFA Motorways including the Protection rights of the eFleetPass and eTollPass Trademarks that is used in many other countries.
